Blackbridge Communications wins competitive pitch to devise and deliver Rolls-Royce’s end-to-end early talent strategy.

Blackbridge will help attract school leavers and university students to the world-renowned engineering firm’s apprenticeships, internships and graduate programmes.

Core aims of the multi-channel attraction strategy – which will include a new creative approach – are to boost diversity, highlight the breadth of role areas available and raise awareness of career opportunities for school leavers and university students. The team at Blackbridge are very excited to be working with Rolls-Royce.

Finn Lynch, Director of Blackbridge, says: “Rolls-Royce is an iconic brand with a fantastic heritage. We were delighted to be chosen to work with them on this project, and look forward to supporting them in finding the talent that will help take the business into the future.”

Daniel Perkins, Group Employer Brand Manager at Rolls-Royce, says: “We feel that Blackbridge will be a great fit for Rolls-Royce and where we’re heading as an organisation. We work in a complex, ever-evolving industry so finding the right early talent is imperative for us. We’re confident that Blackbridge will help us stand out in a competitive recruitment landscape and enable us to find the people we need to build on our successes.”
