Blackbridge Communications wins competitive pitch to devise and deliver Rolls-Royce’s end-to-end early talent strategy.
Blackbridge will help attract school leavers and university students to the world-renowned engineering firm’s apprenticeships, internships and graduate programmes.
Core aims of the multi-channel attraction strategy – which will include a new creative approach – are to boost diversity, highlight the breadth of role areas available and raise awareness of career opportunities for school leavers and university students. The team at Blackbridge are very excited to be working with Rolls-Royce.
