Babcock International Group has selected Blackbridge Communications as their partner agency to devise and deliver a three-year attraction strategy to fill over 600 graduate roles across the UK business.

For Babcock, there will be a continued focus on increasing female participation in their graduate programmes and attracting specialist STEM talent in key locations across the UK.

After a rigorous competitive pitch process involving eight agencies, the Blackbridge team is looking forward to the creative challenge of further enhancing the Babcock recruitment brand in the early years market. “Babcock is a fascinating organisation and this opportunity will enable us to highlight the best of our creativity and innovation,” says Blackbridge Managing Director, Tony Andrews.
