When we were asked to create a platform on which British Gas could share its business priorities, we knew we had what it took to ‘Make a Difference.’

We love to find smart new ways for companies to communicate. So when British Gas asked us to come up with an exciting, flexible platform that they could use to share and embed their five new business priorities, we couldn’t wait to get started.

Our solution was an online communications toolkit, centred around a website themed ‘Make a Difference’.

Working closely with The DHC Group consultancy, we launched the website to support a series of British Gas managers’ conferences. The site gave staff a central communications hub – a forum where they could share their experiences, learn more about any ideas that had been generated during the event, and refresh their knowledge of the company.

We also added a series of exercises designed to help the managers share the information they thought was of the most value with their wider teams. The site attracted 2,866 unique users in its first month alone, reaching 73 per cent of the target audience.
