The days when ‘recruitment video’ meant a string of clunky talking-head videos shot in your canteen are over – or they should be.
Our video work stretches from modest but finely-crafted pieces to bigger-budget spectaculars. (Our work for Thomas Cook has involved overseas shoots, stop-motion animation and casts of (almost) thousands.) The key to producing great work at either end of the financial spectrum is, we believe, exceptional brief-taking and writing.
As costs become more modest, many of our clients are producing video for purely internal consumption, too. We’ve produced films that explain strategy, explore functions and job roles, and even communicate HR department achievements at end-of-year Board presentations.
Since the video went live we have managed to recruit 75 per cent of positions without the use of recruitment agencies. Previously this figure was at 30 per cent.
