We’re looking for a copy-biased Creative Director. You don’t need to have been a CD before – perhaps you’ve been a Head of Copy – but you will need the right skills: concept generation, copywriting, line management and presentation ability. In this role you’ll be heading up a team of about eight, which includes copy, art, and digital talent.
Ideally you’ll have a background in a comparable agency – not necessarily recruitment, but certainly one of the allied arts – and the gravitas to be taken seriously at meetings with big professional services firms.

Part-time working considered
The pace of change doesn’t seem to be letting up in the industry, does it? But as the agency landscape changes, so do your options. We’re looking for Account Directors and Account Managers (particularly senior ones) to join us and own complex, demanding accounts. These accounts will necessitate exposure to a wide range of communication products (especially digital ones), senior clients and business development projects.
In this instance, experience within people comms is essential. We’re happy to consider individuals wanting to work slightly less than a full week, if that’s where your preference lies.

We’re constantly looking for Consultants to help lead research projects in everything from employer branding to internal communications. If you impress us, this could be your chance to get experience working with blue chip clients like E.ON, Vodafone and Home Retail Group.
Ideally, you will have experience in the people communications sector and a passion for getting to grips with the challenges of a diverse range of businesses.
