Aviva plc has selected Blackbridge Communications as its recruitment marketing agency. Blackbridge will help attract a wide range of talent to the insurance and savings organisation, from frontline customer service representatives to directors.
The relationship will see Aviva and Blackbridge working together to create a revised Employer Value Proposition, dynamic recruitment campaigns for key business areas, a careers website and associated microsites, internal career marketing and analytics.
The Blackbridge team is delighted to be working with Aviva, not least because of the variety of tasks and the collaborative nature of the relationship.
