The challenge

Trowers & Hamlin (T&H) wanted to launch and embed new values. But the bigger priority was encouraging everyone to take a more commercial approach to their work.

Our approach

We developed a creative platform ‘Our future. Made by you.’ to drive personal accountability for collective success, and give Trowers & Hamlin the tools (images, headlines and storytelling framework) to communicate values consistently and within the context of the firm’s strategy.

The results

Creative communications was a new frontier for this small law firm. Intensive stakeholder management during the project ensured that we secured buy in to this approach at every stage, and that ‘strategy and values’ occupied the level of visibility - and craft - which it deserved. This helped signal its importance to the firm, and communicate the shifts required of Trowers & Hamlin people to deliver against their bold strategic objectives.
