We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic individual with a real passion for all things social to join our busy London agency and grow and develop a team that can help our clients plan, build and deliver coherent and effective social media solutions.

You’ll work directly with our clients and in-house creative studio to provide strategic consultancy advice. This is a chance to own the delivery of captivating and effective social media solutions across Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned channels.

About the role

You’ll be able to hit the ground running with the drive to see concepts through from idea generation through to full implementation.  Typical duties will include:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and appealing social content for a broad range of clients
  • Report on activities and highlight key outputs, advising on ongoing strategy development and growth
  • Support the execution of campaigns from conception through to launch
  • Manage our key client accounts and identify opportunities to grow them
  • Ensure all content is delivered in the appropriate tone of voice and with a high level of accuracy. This will include monitoring, moderating and responding on a constant basis – following an ‘always on’ approach
  • Focus on commercial success by integrating development, creative, paid and other agency functions into client activities
  • Develop insight-led creative social solutions, from both a strategic and tactical level
  • Play a lead role in supporting the winning of new business for the agency
  • Connect with third parties, where relevant, to help deliver novel or client-specific solutions
  • Mentor and oversee the development of our in-house Social Media Executive and broader client service teams

Who we’re looking for

First things first, you can show us plenty of experience in social media, digital insight and/or community management. You’ll be just as confident presenting in front of senior stakeholders as you are thinking up sophisticated strategies that meet client objectives. One-size-fits-all just isn’t your style – with you, every solution is bespoke, relevant and creative.

We need someone who’s immersed in the world of social. If there’s an emerging channel on the horizon, you knew about it months ago. Your expert knowledge and infectious energy mean that clients can’t help but see how our offering could transform their performance.
