As a Social Media Executive, you’ll help come up with campaigns and content that brings the reality of what it’s like to work with our clients to life (with brands such as Rolls-Royce, Aviva, Capital One and KPMG).
By sharing their stories, you’ll help potential employees make life-changing decisions. As for you, this is your chance to build on what you know about social media, to learn from an ambitious and growing social media team, and – with our support and training – achieve more than you ever thought possible.
Initially, your focus will be on delivery and making sure we share our clients’ stories in the right channels, at the right time, in the right way so that we’re strengthening their employer brand to attract quality candidates. Planning, delivering and writing engaging copy, blogs and content; creating and managing content calendars; managing community pages and direct responses; tracking and analysing brand performance; and contributing to the overall strategy, whilst rolling-out and optimising social campaigns – including paid social – will all be down to you.
Ideally, you’ve already got experience as a Social Media Executive and have created and run successful social media campaigns and delivered outstanding client service. Whatever your experience, what we are looking for is someone who has a natural ability to create content and write compelling, engaging copy in a range of styles, is effortlessly organised and unflappable, a great time-manager, self-motivated and a team player who is full of ideas.
