Blackbridge is the largest independent employer branding agency in the UK. We help big-name brands attract and engage talent by creating innovative campaigns across multiple channels. As an employee-owned business, we’re totally dedicated to delivering exceptional work for our clients, which include Aviva, Amazon, the NHS, Rolls-Royce and Vodafone.
One of our key services is employer brand consultancy. This entails us researching what it’s like to work for a client and using these insights to help create communications that engage the talent they need.

Such projects vary in size and complexity. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for delivering the more fundamental projects, while supporting senior consultants working on more complicated tasks. So, while previous employer branding/recruitment experience might be beneficial, it certainly isn’t essential.

More vital will be your outstanding thinking, writing, and communication skills, and your determination to challenge assumptions. Tech skills too, because as you develop we’ll expect you to become a super-user of online research platforms (Qualtrics, Incling, Survey Monkey etc.) and an evangelical champion of any new platforms that emerge.

Reporting to our Director of Consulting, you’ll work closely with our Client Service team throughout each project’s lifecycle. Expect to be creating new, scalable products and marketing assets, carrying out competitor analyses and playing a key role in generating employer value propositions. You’ll be excited by the prospect of plenty of client contact – when taking briefs, interviewing, helping out with focus groups, and presenting back findings and solutions.

Your writing skills will see you create outstanding proposals, reports, and research guides. Blogs too, as you deliver written content to promote Blackbridge’s employer branding skills. Data management and analytics will also become key responsibilities. So too briefing and providing feedback for the creative teams who will bring your employer brand propositions to life.

It follows that you’ll need to be an outstanding writer with experience in commercial or professional services. We’ll also be looking for evidence of how intellectual thinking has played a vital role in your success.

The chance to build brands will excite you, even if you’ve never considered doing so from an employment/recruitment perspective. You’ll also be attracted by the opportunity to build your client relationship management skills, and by the prospect of becoming a co-owner of Blackbridge – just one of the many excellent benefits we offer.
