9-month contract

We’re looking for an employer brand consultant (or similar) to join our Consulting team on a nine-month contract over a variety of challenging client projects. You’ll be working with largely established methodologies but will also have a significant input into planning, facilitation, reporting and actioning insights. You’ll also work closely with our client service, creative and digital teams to ensure that we deliver high quality, effective and innovative work. So we’ll give you a voice: your job will be to use it to make a measurable impact.

Specifically, your role will include:

  • Scoping of brand and insight projects, including proposal writing and client meetings
  • Planning and undertaking multiple research methodologies including focus groups, in-depth interviews, competitor analysis, and possibly survey writing
  • Analysis of findings and reporting, including writing reports, presentations, creation of employer brand models
  • Creation of employer marketing strategies, forged by working closely with other departments within Blackbridge and with our clients

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience of working in research/employer branding, including EVP and other employer branding research projects
  • Ability to lead brand and insight projects
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Curiosity and the willingness to offer new ideas and thinking

You’ll also need to muck in where required; take work seriously but not yourself too seriously; and not have an aversion to bright, hard-working people.
