We’ll be giving you responsibility for ensuring exceptional standards of leadership and client-focused relationship-building and strategic thinking across several of our key accounts. You’ll thrive on the opportunity to demonstrate your confidence and enthusiasm when in front of clients, hosting meetings, leading presentations and making an invaluable contribution to new business pitches too.

And you’ll keep a keen eye on the bigger picture, always looking for ways to positively influence how Blackbridge operates and how we’re perceived in the wider employer branding industry. All the while, your team members will look to you for leadership, inspiration and motivation.

Given the seniority of this role, we’re looking for someone who’s already an Account Director, or a particularly good Senior Account Manager, in a fast-paced agency. You’ll be excited and enthused by the challenge, the scope for development and the opportunity to share in the success. Above all, you’ll be eager to show how your impressive blend of client management, new business, and operational skills can generate outstanding results.
