We’re looking for an Account Director to own and grow complex accounts. These accounts will necessitate exposure to a wide range of communication products (especially digital ones), senior clients and business development projects.

Specifically, you will:

  • Take ownership and lead on your portfolio of accounts, maximising growth and profitability
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the quality of our work
  • Lead on proposals and pitches
  • Manage and develop your team, ensuring performance excellence
  • Ensure all projects run smoothly and proactively trouble-shoot when required
  • Support development of marketing collateral

About you:

  • You have proven people comms experience in a comparable agency
  • Solid experience of managing teams
  • Demonstrable track record of growing revenue and profit
  • Exceptional presentation skills
